DELIVERY TIME

We aim to ship all orders at earliest possible time.
All orders placed Monday – Friday before 3.00 pm are shipped that day and received within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed after 3.00 pm or during the weekends are shipped next working day.

Important: Our Couriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. 
Please leave a comment when checking out if you would like the courier to leave your parcel somewhere at your address (eg porch, garden shed, bin) or with your neighbour.

Delivery to UK takes 2-3 working days. 
All Deliveries to the rest of Europe take 3-7 working days depends on destination Country.

DELIVERIES ON BANK HOLIDAYS

If you would like to receive your order before any bank holiday weekend then you must place your order before 3.00pm on Thursday to ensure you receive it for Friday.
Orders placed after 3.00pm on Thursday will be shipped on Friday and delivered to you by Tuesday.
Orders placed after 3.00pm on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered to you by Wednesday.
Normal courier collection and deliveries will resume on Tuesday.

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE TO AVOID DELAY WITH DELIVERY

It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy.

Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:

– Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel. (this can be you or a friend or family member)
 Parcels are insured and for that reason Signature will be Required !
If that’s not possible…

– Arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work; providing you have made an order with us before, we can have parcels sent straight to your workplace.
If that’s no good…

– Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed.
– Or better still you may no of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package.
(REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS ON YOUR ORDER)

Hopefully one of these options will apply to you and we will be able to get your package delivered on the 1st attempt.

There are always two attempts of delivery of every parcel and after that the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.
If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect and sign your parcel a notification card should be put through your letter box. Leaflet will tell you how to contact the courier to arrange redelivery. If you did not find a card and hear from a courier after 2-3 days, please contact us and we will track it and attempt to deliver again
However we do not take the responsibility for any delays, losts or damages during shipment

REDELIVERY

If the Supplier has to re-deliver a parcel due to a fault of the customer, e.g. incorrect address or nobody present to sign for parcel, there will be a charge of €5.99 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Availability of each item is displayed but if we are unable to dispatch the order because we are out of stock ordered product we will contact you first to see if you would like another product by another.
